I don’t usually share previews on my main blog but I loved taking Rose and Andy’s Sprivers Mansion wedding photography and I also had the realisation recently that sharing weddings in the order I shoot them means my blog feels very seasonal. I’ve been sharing a lot of winter wedding photography recently so I really wanted to share some sunny, countryside loveliness and Rose and Andy’s Sprivers Mansion wedding was full of summer and golden light.
For context Rose and Pete used to work together. Here’s what Rose and Andy had to say about working with us:
We booked you because a) Pete is the best human ever, working with him was such fun and I really wanted someone I knew doing our photos and b) I saw you in action at Luke and Pip’s wedding and the photos were beautiful. I just knew I wanted your very relaxed style and attitude to what you do. it’s not every day you have photographers/videographers following you around so it really made a huge difference. It just felt so chilled all day. I literally CANNOT wait to see the final photos. The preview photos we’ve seen so far are simply fabulous! THANK YOU.
I’ll be sharing more of Rose and Andy’s Sprivers Mansion wedding photography later in the summer but for now here are a few of the preview shots I shared with them. I particularly enjoyed this shoot because it was wonderful to get out into the countryside after a succession of city weddings. I adore city weddings but I also miss shooting in nature, if I don’t have an opportunity to do so for a while.
I loved the laid backness of Sprivers Mansion – drinks on the lawn, croquet, rose gardens and sun drenched wild flower meadows. They say Kent is the Garden of England and I can see why. Rose and Andy looked so happy all day too, which is just how it should be. They were absolutely lovely to work with. Scroll down to the bottom for credits!
