Rose and Family’s Cotteridge Park Family Photography in Birmingham
Back in the Autumn, in the heady days of being able to meet with groups of people outside, I met Rose and her family for a mini-family shoot in Cotteridge Park, Birmingham.
Cotteridge Park is really close to home for me, and it was lovely to spend some time photographing Rose and her family hanging out locally. I usually run mini sessions on set days and at set times and I do a few family photo shoots over the course of a day, meaning I can offer a lower price and shorter session times. If you’d like me to come to your area for a mini-session day, get in touch!
A busy Saturday at Cotteridge Park
I met up with Rose and her family in Cotteridge Park. We headed down to the stream for a paddle and an explore,. After that we spent some time climbing trees and hanging out on the zipwire. I love photographing families in a way that really reflects who you are as people. What do you like to do together and how do you enjoy spending your time?
It’s really lovely to be able to capture that authentic connection. I loved capturing Rose’s kids playing, climbing trees and hanging out in nature.
Photographing your family in the places that are meaningful to you
Being able to photograph you and your family in a place that is special to you is wonderful. Shoots at home work really well for this reason too. There’s something magical about capturing the little details of your every day. Cotteridge Park is one of Rose and her family’s favourite places to hang out. It was really nice to capture them there, doing what they love to do as a family.
