A stylish urban wedding in the North West.
Liverpool has a special place in my heart as my family come from that part of the world. The city has such a wonderful energy and it has some of the coolest wedding venues going.
Cara and Dan chose the wonderful Constellations for their humanist celebrations and they married in front of a brilliant balloon installation, before partying the night away with their friends and family.
Alice was there to capture it, with the help of Jamie.

A creative and artistic couple who met at university
Dan and Cara met at university and they'd known each other for 12 years before they were married.
They're a creative couple, love art, design, fashion and work in similar industries. They're both creative; Cara is a designer for a fashion supplier and Dan manages a furniture showroom selling mid-century and contemporary furniture and design items.
They were really keen to put their creative stamp on the day and they planned a stylish day, inspired by fashion and art, while keeping everything laid back and party focused.

A stylish warehouse wedding venue
Liverpool is amazing for warehouse style venues and Constellations is an event space that hosts music, arts and food events. It's full of character and set in the achingly cool Baltic Triangle. It's the perfect backdrop for a creative wedding celebration and Cara and Dan's was just that
A bride in Self Portrait and a groom in The Kooples
Cara rocked in her Self Portrait dress combined with Jimmy Choos. Self Portrait are a brilliant (and really budget friendly) brand for stylish brides.
Dan looked pretty stylish himself in his suit from The Kooples. The black tie feel of the boy's outfits contrasted beautifully with the urban space.
An outdoor ceremony and balloon backdrop
Cara and Dan married outside against the backdrop of an amazing balloon installation in shades of pink. Balloon artistry has reached new levels and I'm seeing lots of amazingly creative uses of balloons, which I adore!
A brilliant celebration and party
